Do I need to provide the alcohol?
Yes, and it works in your favor. You buy the alcohol wherever you like, so you pick the brands and control the budget, and every leftover bottle stays yours. We hand you a done for you shopping list with exact amounts, and every item is available on Amazon or a warehouse store like Costco or Sam's Club, so there is no running all over town.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
A $150 deposit reserves your date and your bartender, and the remaining balance is due before your event. The deposit is not refundable, because it holds your date and means we turn away other events for that day. If you need to reschedule, reach out as early as you can and we will do our best to move your deposit to a new date.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured, and every bartender is a professional, insured W2 employee. We provide a Certificate of Insurance once you book, and we can name your venue as additional insured if they require it.
Will I get a written agreement?
Yes. After your deposit you receive a written agreement that lays out everything included in your package, your event details, and the cancellation policy, so it is all clear and in writing before your event.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book two to three months out, especially weekends. Sooner is safer, but we take last minute whenever we can.
What if my guest count or timing changes?
No problem. Your details are easy to update before the event. Just let us know and we will adjust your quote.

Dallas Fort Worth and the surrounding area, with service in Austin, Houston, and Los Angeles. Ask us about your location.
What does the bartender bring?
A professional, insured, W2 bartender with the tools and setup for your package. Depending on the package, that also includes mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, beer and wine service, and a signature menu.

A bar back is a second set of hands behind the bar. They do not serve drinks. They restock ice, cups, and garnishes so your bartender never slows down. A budget friendly way to speed up service at larger events without paying for a second bartender.
