Do I need to provide the alcohol?
Yes. You supply all of the alcohol, and we bring the bartender and the bar. Tell us what you are pouring and we help you plan the right amounts. A nice perk: you keep whatever you do not pour.
How much is the deposit?
A $150 deposit reserves your date and your bartender. The remaining balance is due before your event.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book two to three months out, especially weekends. Sooner is safer, but we take last minute whenever we can.
What if my guest count or timing changes?
No problem. Your details are easy to update before the event. Just let us know and we will adjust your quote.
Where do you serve?
Dallas Fort Worth and the surrounding area, with service in Austin, Houston, and Los Angeles. Ask us about your location.
What does the bartender bring?
A professional, insured, W2 bartender with the tools and setup for your package. Depending on the package, that also includes mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, beer and wine service, and a signature menu.

A second bar is a second physical setup. If you want two bars running at the same time, a second bartender is required. If you just want your bartender to move to a different spot during the night, this covers that move.
