What does The Mix Fix provide?

We provide bartender(s), bar tools, a portable bar, setup, and breakdown. Depending on the package, we can also provide mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and a signature drink menu. You usually only need to provide the alcohol.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. The client provides the alcohol. We can give you a custom shopping list so you know exactly what to buy with no guesswork.

How early do you arrive?

We arrive one hour early to fully set up the bar before guests arrive. We also stay after the event to break everything down and cleanup the bar area.

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?

Yes. Our bartenders are licensed professionals and we carry insurance for peace of mind.

Is there a deposit required to book?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The amount depends on the type of event and venue chosen.

How many bartenders do I need?

Typically we recommend one bartender per 75 guests to keep service fast and smooth.

What if we need more time?

Additional hours can be added if needed. Just let us know in advance or during the event if you'd like to extend service. You would save money by letting us know if you need additional hours at least 3 days before the event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Typical bookings are about 4 months in advance. Popular dates and weekends fill quickly.
