Behind every bartender is a planning team. We design your menu, size your shopping list to the guest count, and set the staffing, the bar placement, and the timeline before anyone loads the van. A backyard birthday and a 400 guest gala are two very different nights, so they get two very different plans.

The people we hire train on our playbook before their first event. They arrive in uniform, hours before service, with the full event packet in hand, and they leave the space cleaner than they found it.
That is the whole reason to book a company instead of a person: the standard travels with the name, not with whoever happened to be free that night.

Every person on our staff earns at least $25 an hour. Not a gig rate, not a wage that depends on the tip jar. We pay professionals like professionals, and that is who shows up to your event.
