How drink service works
Service runs the way it does on Full, your three signature cocktails on the card and the back bar open for anything a guest asks for, with three differences: what the bar looks like, who is behind it, and what happens before the day.
The bar itself is the wooden piece, dressed to your theme, with cocktail tables carrying your printed menu out into the room, which is why Premium photographs the way it does. The barback keeps the bar stocked and the glasses moving and doubles as an extra pair of hands for the event, so the bartenders never leave the line.
Before the event, you taste. A private tasting is included on Premium, so the menu that goes on the card is one you have already approved in person. Any cocktail can be made without alcohol, and mocktails can be built into the menu.
Prefer the look of the steel bar, or a venue that cannot fit the wooden one? Premium can run from the standard bar at a lower price. Just ask when you book.

Questions about Premium
What makes Premium different from Full?
The wooden bar, the decor styled to your event, cocktail tables, a dedicated barback who doubles as an event helper, custom cups and napkins included, and a complimentary private tasting. Full is the open bar; Premium is the open bar as a centerpiece.
Is the tasting really included?
Yes. A private menu tasting is complimentary on Premium.
Can the wooden bar fit my venue?
Most rooms, yes. If a space cannot take it, Premium can run from the standard bar at a lower price.
Are the cups and napkins included at every guest count?
Yes. Custom printed cups and napkins are included on Premium regardless of size.
What does the barback actually do?
Restocks ice and supplies, polishes and resets, clears the bar top, and keeps the bartenders on the line, so the pour never slows and the bar never looks worked.
Can the bartenders serve beer and wine?
Yes. Provide it and we serve it. The cooler and ice we bring are for the bar, so chill your beer and wine separately.
How does booking work?
Tell us the date, city, guest count, and hours. Your price is on screen in seconds. Sign the agreement, pay the $150 deposit, and the date is yours. The balance is invoiced before the event.
How early do you arrive?
Our team arrives two hours before service to set up and prep, three hours for weddings, and stays after to break down and leave the space clean.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is built into your price. You decide whether a tip jar sits on the bar.
