Weddings
Wedding bartending, planned like the rest of the day.
Signature cocktails named for the two of you, a bar dressed to the room, and bartenders who arrive three hours before the first toast. Weddings in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and Los Angeles.

It starts with a strategy call. We design two or three signature cocktails around the two of you, print the menu card to match your stationery, and build a shopping list sized to your guest count and hours, so the alcohol is bought once and bought right.
Then we talk to your planner and your venue: load in, the service timeline from cocktail hour to last call, and the paperwork the venue asks for. By the week of the wedding there is nothing left for you to decide about the bar.
The day
Our bartenders arrive three hours before service. The bar is set, the garnish is cut, and the first cocktail is ready before the first guest walks in. Cocktail hour is the rush, so The Big Day Bar puts a dedicated barback on the line through it, restocking and resetting so the bartenders never stop pouring.
Through dinner, beer and wine. Through the dancing, the signature cocktails. At last call, a clean break down, and a space left the way we found it. You danced. We handled the bar.
The Big Day Bar
Built on Essentials for weddings: two signature cocktails, beer and wine service, extra sodas and water for guests who do not drink, and a barback through cocktail hour. Ask for it by name when you get your quote, or step up to Full or Premium for the open back bar and the wooden bar.

From the couples and the planners
“The bartenders were polished, professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. Even with a full reception, they kept the line moving seamlessly while still making each drink feel intentional and well crafted.”
“As a wedding planner, they by far were the best bartenders I have worked with. Highly recommend.”
“The drinks were a big hit at our wedding reception. The bartender, Jaey, was so professional and fun. We would recommend The Mix Fix for all your drink and bartender needs.”
Wedding questions
How many bartenders does a wedding need?
Staffing is set by guest count and hours. A 100 guest reception with four hours of service runs two bartenders, and your quote shows the number for yours. The Big Day Bar adds a barback through cocktail hour so the line never stalls.
Can you do a champagne toast?
Yes. Provide the champagne and we pour the toast on your timeline. If you want the moment to be the moment, a champagne tower is an add on.
Do you work with our planner and venue?
Every week. We coordinate load in, the service timeline, and the paperwork your venue asks for, and your planner gets a direct line to our planning team.
Can guests order something that is not on the menu?
On Essentials and The Big Day Bar, we stock for your signature cocktails plus beer and wine, and that is the menu. On Full and Premium, the back bar is open for anything a guest can name: the classics, mocktails, and sodas and water for kids and guests who do not drink.
Can we taste the cocktails first?
Yes. A tasting is $60 on Essentials and included on Full and Premium, so the menu on the card is one you have already approved in person.
What about guests who do not drink?
On Full and Premium, mocktails plus sodas and water are stocked for kids and guests who do not drink, all night. The Big Day Bar adds extra sodas and water for them as well. Essentials stocks what the three cocktails need.
When should we book?
As early as the date is set. Spring and fall weekends go first, and the $150 deposit is all it takes to hold yours.
How early do you arrive?
Our team arrives two hours before service to set up and prep, three hours for weddings, and stays after to break down and leave the space clean.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is built into your price. You decide whether a tip jar sits on the bar.
