Book it, then pick the day by text

  2. 02

    Taste three cocktails

We design three signature cocktails around what you told us and make them in front of you. Change a spirit, dial the sweetness, name them whatever you want.

Good to know

What happens at a tasting?

One hour with one of our bartenders. You tell us about the event and what you and your guests like, and we make three signature cocktails for you to taste, adjust, and name. You leave with a menu you have approved in person.

What happens to the $150 when I book?

It becomes your deposit. Book any package within 90 days of your tasting, sign the agreement, and your date is locked with nothing more to pay up front. The balance is invoiced before the event, the same as any booking.

Do I need to know my package first?

No. Most people taste first and decide after. Essentials, Full, and Premium all carry a signature menu, and the tasting works for any of them.

Can I bring someone?

Yes. Bring your partner, your planner, or the friend whose opinion you trust. The tasting is built for two or three people.

I already booked. Do I still pay?

On Full and Premium the tasting is included, so there is nothing to pay. On Essentials it is $60 for the hour, added to your event rather than paid up front.

When do tastings run?

Weekdays, Monday through Thursday, in Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and Los Angeles. Once your tasting is booked we text you, you reply with the days and times that work, and we lock one in.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No, and that is the point. You buy it at store prices from a shopping list we build for your guest count and hours, in three tiers with sample brands and an all in total for each. No markup, no guessing on quantities, and most clients shop the list at Total Wine in one trip.
