Corporate events
Corporate bartending that runs itself.
Office parties, launches, client dinners, holiday parties, and happy hours, with insured bartenders on our payroll, one point of contact, and one invoice. Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and Los Angeles.

You get one contact from the first call to the last pour. The quote is on screen in seconds, the agreement is signed online, and the balance is invoiced before the event. Your venue gets the certificate of insurance it asks for, your guests get bartenders in uniform who arrived two hours early, and your finance team gets one clean invoice.
Every bartender is an employee on our payroll, trained and insured. No gig apps, no subcontractors, and nobody at your event you did not expect.

From the people who booked it
“From the beginning everything was just easy, and I needed it to be easy. The communication was always first class, and building our menu was simple and seamless.”
“At our event with 75 plus guests, they handled the crowd effortlessly and kept things moving smoothly all night. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing.”
“The drinks were on point, and they handled the crowd like pros. My guests were raving about the custom cocktails. I would book them again in a heartbeat.”
Corporate questions
How does billing work for a company?
Your quote becomes a signed agreement, the $150 deposit holds the date, and the balance is invoiced before the event. One vendor, one invoice, and a receipt your finance team will not have questions about.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and send the certificate to your venue on request.
Can we run the bar without alcohol, or with limits?
Yes. On Full and Premium we build mocktail menus and stock sodas and water for anyone not drinking, we can cap the bar at beer and wine, and we can close the bar at a set time. A coffee station is an add on for the end of the night.
Can you skip the tip jar?
Yes. Gratuity is built into your price, and you decide whether a tip jar sits on the bar. Most companies ask us to leave it off.
How many bartenders will we need?
We staff to your head count and hours. A 100 guest happy hour with four hours of service runs two bartenders, and your quote shows the number for yours.
Do we need the venue's permission?
Most venues want to know an insured outside bartending company is coming. Tell them, and we handle the paperwork they ask for.
How early do you arrive?
Our team arrives two hours before service to set up and prep, three hours for weddings, and stays after to break down and leave the space clean.
What if we need more time?
Book from one hour of service up. Hours five and beyond bill at half rate, so long events stay reasonable. Extra hours are cheaper when booked before the event, and on the night a bartender can usually stay if the calendar allows. Service ends by 1 am.
One vendor. One invoice. Zero follow up.
