Dive Bar

The classics, poured well, by a bartender who knows what they are doing.

Classic cocktails such as an old fashioned, a margarita, or a lemon drop, plus any beer and wine you provide, from a real bar, with a professional behind it. Built for the backyard, the birthday, the tailgate, and the office party that deserves better than a cooler and a volunteer.

How drink service works

Your guests order classic cocktails, beer, and wine, and the bartender makes them from what you supplied. Any classic they can name: an old fashioned, a margarita, a lemon drop, a rum and coke, a vodka soda. Simple, fast, done right.

A printed menu card is optional on Dive Bar. Most hosts skip it, since the point of Dive Bar is a great bartender, the classics, and nothing to decide. If you want one on the bar, we design it, just ask when you book.

Dive Bar is classics only. The sodas and juices we bring are the mixers for the cocktails, so if you expect heavy soda drinkers, add a case to your shopping list. Kids and guests who do not drink are looked after on Full and Premium, which add mocktails plus sodas and water for them.

Questions about Dive Bar

What drinks can the bartender make?

Any classic cocktail from the spirits you provide, plus any beer and wine you provide. Old fashioned, margarita, lemon drop, and the standard mixed drinks are the heart of it, and the list is not limited to those.

Is there a cocktail list or a menu card?

Optional. Dive Bar is the classics on request, so most hosts skip the card. If you want a printed menu on the bar, we design one, just ask when you book.

Can guests get soda or something without alcohol?

The sodas and juices we bring are the mixers for the cocktails, and a guest can always have a soda from them. Mocktails, plus sodas and water stocked for kids and guests who do not drink, come with Full and Premium.

Do you bring ice?

Yes. Ice and a cooler are included on Dive Bar. They are for the bar, so chill your beer and wine separately.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Move up to Essentials, Full, or Premium at least two weeks before your event.

Is there a menu tasting?

Not on Dive Bar. Tastings come with the signature cocktail packages.

How does booking work?

How early do you arrive?

Our team arrives two hours before service to set up and prep, three hours for weddings, and stays after to break down and leave the space clean.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is built into your price. You decide whether a tip jar sits on the bar.

A real bartender. The classics. Nothing to decide.
