Beer and Wine

Your beer and wine, poured and kept cold, by a professional.

The simplest bar we run. You buy the beer and wine and set out the cups and a table, we bring the bartender, the ice, and a cooler for each bartender, and the pour is handled all night. Priced by the hour, $60 for each bartender counting setup and breakdown, plus a $150 service fee, so a backyard party, a shower, or an office happy hour gets a professional at the bar without paying for mixers nobody uses. Serving Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and Los Angeles.

How drink service works

Your guests walk up, your bartender pours. Beer from the cooler, wine opened and poured, and the whole thing kept cold and tidy from the first guest to the last. We bring the ice and one cooler for each bartender. You set out the beer and wine, the cups, and a table or bar to pour from. No mixers, no cocktails, nothing you do not need.

The price is the hours. Each bartender is $60 an hour for every hour they work, which includes two hours of setup before service and one hour of breakdown after (three hours of setup at a wedding), plus a $150 service fee. A 100 guest party with four hours of service runs two bartenders: 2 bartenders, 7 hours each at $60, plus the fee, is $990 before the included gratuity. Nothing is charged per guest.

Want the classics on request too, an old fashioned, a margarita, a lemon drop? That is Dive Bar, which adds the bar, the cups, and the mixers, sodas, juices, and garnish the cocktails need. Beer and Wine is for the night that is beer and wine. Custom printed cups are an add on if you would rather we bring them.

What do you bring, and what do we provide?
